CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement. We train using the three major tenets of the CrossFit method: Metabolic Conditioning, Gymnastics Movements, and Weightlifting. These movements will be combined in seemingly random groupings to provide a variety that keeps your body challenged and improving in multiple fitness zones. We will do this by focusing on the mechanics of movements first, consistency of movements second, and finally, by encouraging ever increasing intensity of work.
