Fittest Women in St. Louis!!
Both Ingrid Hurley (ICE box trainer 45-50 yrs Masters) and Diana Davidson (STL box trainer 55-60 yrs Masters) are beyond a doubt women of strength, heart, and passion! Both Games competitors and I mean COMPETITORS, took 5th this weekend as they fought for the title of "Fittest Women on Earth"! Being present and watching these amazing ladies will impact strongly impact my attitude every time I step foot in the box to train. These women are an inspiration.
